Meet the Austin Team Behind Fielding ADU Austin
We’re an independently owned Garrison Partners location, and the crew you’ll see on your Austin job site is ours, not a rotating cast of subcontractors we met last week. Every person below is background-checked, arrives in uniform, and has built enough additions and ADUs in this city to know what our limestone and clay soil does to a foundation line. Reed Calloway runs the operation. The people he puts on your project are the reason our written one-year guarantee doesn’t keep us up at night.
Our People

Reed Calloway, Owner
Reed has been building to the Garrison Standard since 2006, and he’s the one who walks your lot before a single number goes on paper. He came up doing framing and foundation work, and he’ll tell you the two things he’s never lost a night of sleep over: a wall that’s out of square and a client who didn’t know what the final price would be. If you call our office at midnight, Reed’s the kind of owner who wants to know why a phone rang more than twice. He lives in Austin and answers to his own guarantee, not a corporate handbook.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has 14 years in residential construction, the last six focused on ADUs and garage conversions in Austin neighborhoods like Allandale, Crestview, and Mueller. He’s our go-to on prefab and modular platforms, which means he knows the crates Abodu, Cover, and Boxabl ship in, and what it takes to set them square on an Austin slab. Marcus holds an OSHA 30 card and is the one who walks every site at the end of each day with a broom in his hand and a checklist in his head. When he’s not on a job, he’s rebuilding a 1967 Ford truck in his driveway, one panel at a time.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena started as an apprentice for a framing crew in Buda and now runs our interior finish and siding work on conventional builds. She’s the reason our James Hardie siding lines look like they were drawn with a ruler, not cut by a person in 95-degree heat. Elena is certified in trenching safety for utility drop-in, and she has a habit of photographing every wall before drywall goes up so there’s never a question about what’s behind it. Ask her about the time a client’s dog stole her tape measure on a job in Hyde Park, and she’ll tell you she charges extra for retrieval.
Oscar J., Service Coordinator
Oscar is the first voice you’ll hear when you call, and he’s the reason our live-person coverage actually happens. He’s been coordinating construction schedules in Central Texas for nearly a decade, which means he’s juggled Austin’s permit office, concrete guys who run late, and homeowners who want to know if the crew is still coming on a Friday at 3 p.m. Oscar keeps every project’s written price, change log, and guarantee paperwork in one place, so when you call to ask where things stand, the answer doesn’t start with “let me check and call you back.” He says his favorite part of the job is when the electrical inspection passes and he gets to tell the homeowner first.
One Standard, Every Job
The Garrison Code isn’t a slogan we hang in the office, it’s the five rules Reed has run crews on since 2006. Show up in the window. Price in writing before work starts. Build it by the book, including Austin’s setback and utility-line rules, because the city inspector will check. Leave the site clean enough that your neighbor doesn’t mention it. And stand behind the build for a full year under the 365-Day Done Right Promise, which means if a defect shows up, we return and correct it at no charge. Every person on this page is answerable to that standard, and we write it down on every contract because we’d rather be held to paper than to a promise nobody remembers making. That’s what a one-year guarantee means to us: no gray area, no phone tag, no excuses.
